Authorized Returns: Please note that if a refund is required we refund the purchase amount only for authorized returns, not the shipping charges. Refunds can be applied to your on-line credit with us or issued back to you via your Credit Card or PayPal as requested. Authorized returns must have an RA number issued by us.

 SHIPPING TERMS: Our on-line system 'estimates' the shipping charges according to the dollar value of your order. We adjust the shipping charges up or down depending on the actual shipping charges incurred once we process your order. If the charges are higher than our estimate we will contact you for authorization to increase the shipping amount, etc. Any overage will be refunded.
